Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service. "Building itself not that new, the shower door has a gap so the bathroom becomes wet, shower heads also not strong. "

"And for the price of $25 USD I would say this is fairly acceptable and a good value. My room is in basic condition. There's a good amount of eateries around the hotel. It is a little bit farther from the border to go to Macau, but the amount of savings is worth it. Just take your taxi to the border and save some money by living by living in this hotel"
