Room was filthy. Tub was dirty and the trap was rusted apart. Our second room had a large leak in the ceiling. Both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We ended up driving home after an afternoon football game at army and getting in at 2 AM because the rooms were so rundown we couldn’t stay a second night.

Room did not look like photos posted for the property. Dark red carpet, dark wall by the bed made the room a bit oppressive.

This property seemed like a government welfare housing complex. Rooms smelled like pot, roof water damage, trash everywhere outside. Just terrible. Hotel should be shut down.

The image used on the site was a little deceptive. There were no exposed wood roof with vaulted ceilings. We were on the first floor and it was a popcorn ceiling with water damage. The room was clean and the beds weee comfortable. The outside is definitely being renovated so it looks a little rough.

Curb Appeal; the parking lot isn't paved, the outside including doors to rooms need paint WiFi; sporadic connections Rooms were circa 1990 furniture; beds were old and uncomfortable Pictures on website do not represent the property Not worth the premium price on game day weekends. It doesn't seem the management cares about much except the money. I am not sure who owns it and maybe an outside US company. For $300 a night it was not worth the money

Room was clean and well appointed, though well worn. Climate control functioned well. TV and internet worked well. I was disappointed that I did not receive housekeeping until my third day. Trash cans had built up significantly. Towels need replaced daily.

The property was in good condition but shows it's age as expected. The rooms were adequate and clean but the furnishings need replacement. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We felt that it was a bit overpriced but it's summertime and it was a Friday & Saturday night stay.

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We were very disappointed, but we stayed the second night because we were so far from home and had no other choice. When we got to our room, there were spiderwebs all over the ceiling. That alone told us the room had not been cleaned properly in a long time. It got worse this morning. While we were still lying in bed, dirt fell from the ceiling and landed all over one of the beds. It was disgusting, and nobody should have to deal with that in a room they paid for. When we told the front desk, all they said was “OK, sorry about that.” They didn’t offer a discount, didn’t send anyone to look at the room, and didn’t seem concerned. Expedia has tried to help us get a refund, but the hotel told them the person who handles refunds is not on site. It feels like they are avoiding taking responsibility. Expedia was willing to help; the hotel was not. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a hotel, and this place didn’t meet it. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
