Truely lovely design. Unfortunately showing some outward signs of wear. Staff helpful. Bed mattress needs replacing in cabin 3..otherwise lovely.

The most important thing to know is that there is NO DOOR ON THE TOILET in the bungalows. Nothing to provide any privacy between the loo and the bed. There is also no privacy curtain in the property so your options are to either have the black out curtain drawn or have everyone walking past looking straight into your bedroom so no way to appreciate the view. This didn’t deliver what I would expect from a 4-star hotel- the only toiletries provided were two tiny tablets of hand soap, no shampoo, shower gel, etc. The air conditioning in our unit didn’t seem to work, and there were lots of cobwebs. The location is great but I would book elsewhere in future.

Management needs changing. Rude beyond and very unhelpful. Four night stay. Three very unsatisfactory. Housekeeping basically non existent. Filthy decks and chairs and tables. No service for $400 a night at all. Having been five times I’ll now use my money elsewhere. Caves used to be great when management managed the issues which have unfortunately never changed. With a princess as a manager there’s no hope. Go elsewhere. Trust me !!!
