"Staff was friendly. Hotel smelled a little strange and musky. The carpet seemed quite worn. Room was clean however bathroom was very small and inconvenient to use with family. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Pool was clean and did not have a strong chlorine smell. The free breakfast was okay but very limited. Wifi was good"

"I feel like hotels should have to disclose when sports teams are booked to stay. There was a children's hockey team in the hotel and the place was overrun with kids, while the parents drank beside the pool or outside. It was loud and went well past the noise time limits. We barely slept. There was only one staff person and so she was overwhelmed. you can't blame kids for being kids, but the parents were totally ignorant and useless."

"Our room was wonderful and clean. Only issue was we waited around for an entire hour to check in. Which derailed our plans and had us running late to an event. It would have been nice if we were compensated with any other room availabke so we could have gotten in on time, or a discoutned rate or literally anything. But all we got was the staff saying "10 more minutes" 4 times. Super annoying and stressful when we were running behind and nothing was done or offerred as a way to fix it. I would stay again but id say if youre in a time crunch stay elsewhere."
