“We loved this hotel and the people who worked there! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! especially Madeline our bartender, what an amazing person, we looked forward to seeing her each night when we got back to the hotel. The location was perfect for us to attend the Ohio State game, the mile trail to the stadium was so convenient. The food at the bar was great and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Whenever we stay in Columbus we will be at the Hyatt House. ……
“I was here one night. It was an easy walk to resturants and they offered a nice breakfast sandwoch and coffee for breakfast. The room and bathroom were large. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. There were not a lot of counters in the bathroom. ”
“I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of.
