Apartment 6 Oasis Sands

Absolute brilliant apartment in a fantastic location which cannot be faulted. Really considering returning to Oasis Sands because of this. We contacted Sharon who was local contact as we needed the double bed in one room converted to a twin for our two boys. She was amazing and was there within 30 minutes, really friendly and helpful. Overall holiday experience was fantastic and have to mention Luxury Coastal because they are brilliant from booking to the return home.

Stay at Oasis Sands

Lovely location near Porth Beach in new build apartment however there were some snagging issues, such as extractor fan not working in shower room or kitchen. Door didn’t close in the lounge and window didn’t shut in back bedroom. Some ceiling spotlights loose and kitchen skirting not fully fitted and damaged. I would describe these as snagging issues that didn’t spoil our holiday but should really have been spotted before the property was let. There was no welcome pack and couldn’t watch live TV without setting up an account on Samsung and then signing into TV apps which I’m sure wouldn’t suit everyone.

3 night break

The apartment was very clean and well presented although there were some areas that showed wear and tear. A part of the ceiling strip lighting in the hallway outside the bedroom was clearly missing, the coat hanger by the front door had a bottom screw missing and was lose and the security door lock on the main entrance did not shut properly and could be opened without putting in the code. The main downside was that the front bedroom backs directly onto the lounge area of the next flat and the wall was very thin so when in bed you could clearly hear the tv and conversations. Also, the TV was logged into someone else's account and there was no TV guide to explain how to change this. I would have expected the TV to be clear and able to use for everyone without hassle. The instructions said there were two parking bays assigned to the flat but only one is marked and it was not clear at all where the other one was, it seems they are done on first come first served basis. The flat was however, well appointed with everything you could need during the stay and a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The location was perfect for exploring and the balcony provided a great place to sit and enjoy the evening sun.
