Very helpful, changed our room to one that he thought we’d like better, and also straightened out a double booking problem I had with Expedia (won’t use them again) The wait staff was very friendly and provided great service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Loved everything about our time there!」

「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」
