"This hotel was an easy 5 min walk from the Interlaken West train station. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful, explaining how to get around town. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. Our room was super clean, with good lighting and everything we needed. We could walk to a Coop grocery in about 3 minutes, very convenient."

Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. "Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Rooms have two levels, with kitchen and living space upstairs, and bathroom/bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was wonderful, great service from staff and picturesque view.
