「This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. The people who manage this place are very kind and helpful, big thanks to them 」

「Great experience at Hidden Charm Hotel, staff were friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Location of hotel is very convenient to nearby tourist spots such as Tam Coc for boat tour and Hang Mua for hiking. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ninh Binh.」

「We stayed for two nights it was comfortable,and quiet. We took taxi which was very reasonable to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfy. No tv, which was fine. Rooms were big, breakfast ok, you won’t starve but not your typical western style. Staff friendly. They had a pool table to use. Very quiet and laid back. Bikes and scooters are available for rent which we did not use. 」
