“Airport shuttle great ”

“Al nostro arrivo alla reception ci viene comunicato che le due camere prenotate e pagate da mesi non ci sono e che ci avrebbero mandato in un hotel a 30 minuti di distanza per poi tornare lì a fare colazione! Dopo le mie urla e minacce le camere sono magicamente comparse. Impossibile ottenere assistenza da Expedia, solo un inutile bot automatico. Struttura in buona posizione per l'aeroporto. Il tanto decantato transfer compreso è farraginoso da concordare (impossibile contattare la struttura……

“Quite comfortable room, nice staff”

“很多蟑螂，然后换了房间，结果床单都是脏的，又换了床单。整个酒店都需要除蟑螂。”

“The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. The staff is friednly……

“We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling,the warm water is really relaxing.”

“The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didn’t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again!”

“The environment and service are good except for the room cleaning time. daily room cleaning was slightly late. They did clean the room during afternoon after 3 pm. We were surprised with that. ”

“Good staff, clean, spacious and good amenities. Only negative was lengthy check in process and the mold smell in hallways due to humidity of thr region”
