“Breakfast was very basic cereals, bread, toast and Waffle. So if you love carbohydrates, it's the place to be. Could use some scrambled eggs, or sausages. Very clean.”

“The ocean front I liked but losing power on our day was not Good!! We left for the day and staff didn't greet us and didn't seem to want to wait on us ! And one roll of toilet tissue ! Please 😡 and was given the key bc they said the room was ready and we walk in on a maid still cleaning the room smh”

“The rooms were very clean. The beds comfortable. Enjoyed the ocean view balcony. Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet tickets. The breakfast was wonderful with many selections of food. Enjoyed the DVD rental card with many selections of movies. Liked having the laundry facility to wash our clothes before leaving. The bathroom was quite small and shower curtain wouldn't stay closed when showering but we made it work. Didn't like that housekeeping didn't clean the room while we were there.……

“The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they……

“Breakfast was ok. there was no coffee the first day we was there so we went to the coffee shop up the street the second day it was ok . Wish there where more options . The parking was good and felt the car was safe . The staff was amazing . The ladies at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant ”

“I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex”

“Great room for the price. Pretty view. Excellent pools for the kids and easy access to a great beach! Only minor complaint is the size of the beds. They are tiny and barely comfortable for 1 adult and 1 kid. It would be tight with 2 adults.”

“The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming or nice unfortunately. One took my i.d and then argued “she did not have it” when she in fact did, and ended up giving it back. We saw a roach in our room the second night we stayed. The pool tables they advertised online are ran down and the pool sticks are broken with no tips on them. It wasn’t an absolute horrible stay as my kid enjoyed the water park, but i definitely wouldn’t spend the money i spent to stay here again. ”
