"Location was great. Layout was a little different with lobby on second floor. Doorman were great, when they wanted to be. They picked and chose who to greet and open doors for and when. I also didn’t find there were very many amenities in the building if any that we were made aware of. Definitely don’t think this hotel is family friendly if that’s what you’re looking for. "I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"

"LIKED: • Very convenient LOCATION. • Good CLEANING SERVICE. • Great CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. • Helpful STAFF all around. It was a very pleasant stay. DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."

"The hotel was clean and kept well. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. My only 2 cons were, there was no iron, and the view. My room 207 faced the parking lot in the back. These things were not deal breakers. It was nice for an overnight stay. The hotel has parking on site for $30/night. Parking is horrible in that area and I chose parking to make sure my car was safe. I didn't stay for breakfast, therefore I am not able to comment on that. I appreciate that the hotel room has hard...
