"Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "

"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"This Hotel is only a year old and is immaculately maintained by an efficient cleaning staff. The beds are good for getting solid sleep and the showers hot with plenty of water. Breakfast was more than sufficient with wonderful Cupaccino, Espresso, ans Americana style coffees made a cup at a time."

"The property is well situated at the foothils of St Francis Cathedral. The room was quite cramped for 3 persons. The restaurant on site is great option for dining. Breakfast was also good, bit on a sweeter side, lots of pastry and cakes, limited on salty savory options. I'd recommand this place, well priced. "

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. "Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Gastgeber Nino war sehr bemüht. Das die beiden Bereiche/ Schlafzimmer getrennt sind, also 2 Wohnungen sollte direkt erwähnt werden. Personen die schlecht zu Fuß sind haben u.U. Probleme. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig."

Great position
"The hotel has a welcoming courtyard at the entrance. It's in a geat position just off the main plaza. Friendly and helpful staff especially Paola who was supervising at breakfast. Comfy bed and good pressure in the shower."
