「Great location」

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」

「A clean spacious room with all amenities available for use. We took advantage of the washer dryer in one, that was a big plus! It felt very homey and I would 100% recommend this apartment-hotel. I would def book with them again. The staff was efficient with communicating. The location was right off the train station, also a big plus! 」

「We had a wonderful stay there. The iPad on our floor was dead so we struggled with check in but luckily one of the staff/cleaners was there and she was incredibly sweet in helping us resolve the issue. Definitely would come back to stay again. Thank you very much. 」
