“Nice location peaceful”

“Perfect location! Condo was steps from Thames St. So clean and comfortable. First time staying in a VRBO and was not disappointed.”

Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so……

“Marianne and Tom are friendly and helpful hosts - and they have created the perfect spot to enjoy Bristol! The unit had everything we needed and was in perfect condition, sitting on the porch with our morning coffee was idyllic, and everything in town was in easy walking distance - from swims at Walley Beach to the East Bay Bike Path and everything in-between!”

“Everything was fine and clean, except after walking around barefoot the first evening, the otherwise white soles of my feet were brown. A deep cleaning of the floors is likely in order. They certainly looked clean and there was no debris. That being said, we would definitely stay there again!”

“Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated.”

“This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.”

“Clean, large bedrooms, and comfortable pull-out couch (that my adult son slept on). Only issue was pool and hot tub were advertised but not operational. Previous reviews on different dates in different years say the pool was closed as well. Seems like the pool and hot tub are broken often.”

“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”
