「This beautiful clean ideally located apartment slept my husband and I and our teen daughter perfectly. Convenient easy parking right across the road and a step out to the heart of Thames Street. Communication with Troy the owner was so easy with immediate response. We are already planning when we’ll come back! 10/10!」

「We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

「Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old...

「We had a great time staying in Newport a couple of nights before heading to our condo on the Cape. The Newport condo we stayed in is on the third and fourth floors with the bonus rooftop deck. The condo was very clean and a great place to hang out at the end of our day. 」

「Great location and easy check in and check out. Nice to have off street parking here too. Didn't realize that this is a "garden level" apartment, but it worked out okay. Also, the bed in second bedroom may be more of a full than a queen.」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
