“The accommodations were just as expected. They were clean, everything was just as advertised. Finding the front door was little tricky, but the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The parking was little tricky, but we figured it out. The condo was conveniently located close to bourbon street.”

“The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay in NOLA. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, plenty of room to spread out in the living room and watch TV, and the eat in kitchen was well equiped for whatever you might want to cook or prepare. The location is across from a large grocery store, down the street from a coffee shop and jazz venue, several blocks from shopping on Magazine Street, and a few blocks from the St. Charles Street Car. All in all we had……

“This uptown duplex is nicely outfitted and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants. Of note, street parking can be a challenge. ”

“Great experience at this property. Bedrooms were spacious and inviting. Be warned there is a bedroom on first floor with no bathroom. The send floor has the half bath and the 3rd floor has 2 full baths Great resturants in the area stay away from the Italian restaurant closest to the property. Close to the street car, and prime grocery store. ”

“Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!”

“The place was in a great location. It was safe and close to Saint Charles and magazine Street. However the apartment wasn’t clean enough. I found hair in the shower and there were small bugs flying around in the apartments. There was dirt/residue by the windows. The bed only had a lite sheet and quilt on top. The Tv was very finicky and I had to restart it multiple times in order to get the tv to to work. Considering the price the overall stay didn't quite meet expectations.”

“This property was really nice. The only problem was, we had issues with the air conditioning 3 days out of the 6 days we were there. It's in the middle of the summer so needless to say we were uncomfortable especially at night trying to sleep. Maintenance finally was able to fix it on our third day there so we were comfortable after that. ”

“Property was quiet and in close proximity to good places to eat. 3 miles from Bourbon street. AC worked great shower water pressure could be alittle better. But really only complaint ”

“Place was dirty from bandaid stuck to toilet to glasses with lip marks to dirty comforter, thought they could at least wave the cleaning fee but I guess that was too much to ask”

“We were able to combine a working event with pleasure with this amazing accommodation. Convenient to meetings, dining, shopping, the jazz festival with the comfort of a full kitchen, office space and living area!”

“Hosteeva cancelled our reservation without contacting us inspite of requiring our credit card information. It sent a link that did not work and did not make any reference to Hotels.com, then replaced a very nice unit with something that was in a poor condition - holes in walls, lifting and shifting tiles when you walk on them, and exposed wood frames. We tried to contact them several times about a missing coffee pot and did not receive one even though they said they will provide one.”

“The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home.”

“Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay. ”
