“Very clean and cloe to most places”

“Let my start off by saying we didn’t know this was a hostel stay, and we would not have booked if we had known that. The pictures and descriptions make it seem like this is a room with private amenities in the room. We were not a fan of the back area, which did not look clean and well kept. The area where they wash sheets was the biggest turn off. Looked dirty and potential to be dirtied after cleaning. Honestly the room looked clean upon arrival. Lastly, the guy in charge of check in was……

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.”

“I booked a king bed room but it gave me a double bedroom. And tell me to call hotels.com to refund by myself. so terrible experience.”
