"Loved this hotel! Staff were awesome! So many staff. Also used spa and ate at the Sporting Club (which was also great except for the runner who slammed our food down in the wrong places without a care). Looking forward to trying more Omni hotels in the future. "

"The hotel staff was all very responsive and kind. There were always 2-3 staff at the front desk so there was never a wait despite considerable traffic. The way the modern hotel is built into the historic building is brilliant. I had opted for a room with an exterior window, but it seems like the way the hotel is set up that any of the rooms is likely an excellent choice (though I did love our view of the city streets). "

"This hotel was right in the heart of Boston. The Freedom Trail is right out the door. We enjoyed our stay so much and look forward to staying there again when we visit Boston! So many restaurants, bars and shopping right by Hotel!"

"Definitely use spothero for parking options nearby. You should stay here if you have N.A. event at td gardens. It is a 2 minute walk downstairs to any event at td garden. Checking in and checking out is a self service but there is amazing staff waiting to help you with any questions. Staff was so helpful and friendly. When checking in you must pick city view room the view was outstanding!!! "
