“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Great place to stay! The staff was helpful and super friendly. It’s located conveniently to the amphitheater which we went to for a show. Parking on site allowed us to park and walk everywhere. The hotel is located close to some great places to eat and there are 2 places to eat inside the hotel. The free breakfast was excellent! Our hotel room was HUGE and had great views of the city. We were located by the ice machine which we were at first worried about but we didn’t hear any outside noise.……
