“We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. “The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon……

It is located near hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to Flagstaff. We had one issue with our stay and it was immediately addressed by Katannya, the owner. She also kept in contact throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning soon. ”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
