"This home was great to stay with a family but if you’re by yourself it’s scary because of the photos of the dogs being weird but in overall I did love the place in it’s condition.."

"Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush."

"Property was perfect for my 5 night stay, providing a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare all my meals (not a lot of options with that amenity near the park). Right off the highway (a short dirt road drive) and only 20 miles south of the entrance to the park, the location was perfect. House is designed to optimize sleeping space, but I would say more than 6 guests would be extremely cozy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep."

"A friend and I stayed for the weekend and found the property even better than expected. The location is superb. Walking to old town is amazing, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The unit itself is appointed perfectly with a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water, etc. The patio is perfect for mornings coffees and evening drinks. We were here for the half marathon and it was perfect."

"Jackie is a wonderful host – she was waiting for us at the end of the driveway when we drove up and not only showed us around the cottage but also provided lots of information and tips about things to do in Sedona. We had a couple of requests during our stay and all we had to do was text her and she took care of our needs. The nice little cottage is cozy in every possible way. We felt right at home. "The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. The manager/s did reply promptly to a question I had about the...

"Worked out great for us and what we needed with a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was as they said it would be. Quick note is that there are two blankets, one for each bed and they are very thin. So if you like blankets, you may want to bring a few extra with you. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. "This is a beautifully decorated villa, abundant with thoughtful attention to detail, high end accessories, and deluxe comforts, such as silk linens, expensive and bountiful towels, bath soaps, candles, etc. The style is reminiscent of villas in Tuscany, Italy. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time (and probably money) decorating the house. "We mainly needed a place to sleep that would fit all of us comfortably and keep us close to the Grand Canyon. This was the perfect tiny house. There were 5 of us but the amenities were fine for our group. The property was the perfect location for visiting the Canyon, it was clean, and very quiet. The only downsides are: 1) I sent a few emails and replied to a text several weeks before our arrival, asking about the possibility of checking in a little bit before 3pm and never heard back from...
