This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. He is excellent at communicating as we were arriving very late on a Friday night and he did everything to ensure that our check in was smooth.
