「I paid for VIP once getting to the hotel. The check in process was easy and the person who helped us was great. We were instructed to go to the VIP Lounge where the receptionist was supposed to give us our VIP bracelets and other goodies. She was too busy on the phone and did not provide us with additional information. One of the days, water was dripping from the AC and light fixture. I called maintenance and they said the AC was defrosting and they will come back in an hour and I never heard...

「An incredibly beautiful, peaceful, clean, and serene place! Beautiful gardens, an incredible animal sanctuary to walk through, an adorable little cabin to stay in with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and linens. My only complaint would be that you can hear the traffic from the road, which is very close. Also, the property may want to consider putting up signs that point to where to go to see the animal sanctuary, museum, etc. Breakfast is basic and...

「The start was a bit rough, but the staff made the difference here. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On our last day, we did an excursion, and they were very helpful, flexible, and very understanding. Will say the beach needs more attention since it is a virgin area, but overall, it is very beautiful. This little hotel has so much potential. It is crazy. We will definitely stay there again.」

「Pasamos un fin de semana maravilloso en Los Corales y no pudimos quedar más felices con la experiencia. Desde que llegamos, René fue súper atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Incluso él mismo nos llevó al punto de salida para nuestra excursión a Cayo Arena, un gesto que apreciamos muchísimo. El desayuno estuvo riquísimo, todo fresco y preparado con mucho cariño. Se nota el esfuerzo que ponen para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Sin duda, recomiendo este lugar al 100%....

「Me encantó la estancia en Catalina Tropical Lodge. Desde que llegamos se notó la atención al detalle y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Llegamos de noche y el guardia ya nos estaba esperando con la llave lista; incluso nos acompañó a la habitación y nos mostró un poco de las instalaciones. Algo que me gustó mucho fue la vista por la mañana, ya que por la altura en la que se encuentra el hotel se logra ver el mar entre la vegetación. También me encantó el jabón de manos de lavanda y vainilla....
