“Very nice staff”

“只有一樣嘢不好：跟前台說我們的電話壞了到最後一天都還是沒有人來修理”

“The place was divine! To me its the best stay at Punta Rucia Beach. It has all in one place. The food and drinks were great, staff was very amenable. Theres parking available as soon as you enter. I also felt very safe. This is actually one of my favorite beaches and would come back to stay here as well. The staff were aware that I was celebrating my birthday and they made sure I felt very special!”

“Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!”

“A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great”

“Had an amazing time! It’s a big resort so there’s a lot of walking or waiting for a shuttle BUT in my opinion it’s worth it. Checking out the different spots around the hotel, and not staying at the same pool/area each day. Lots to do and a lot of excursions available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have “snacks” available till 4am for the drunk munchies lol”
