"The air quality in the room was very poor, with a strong smell of marijuana throughout the night. Soundproofing was inadequate, making it difficult to rest. In addition, the heating system was extremely loud, comparable to a rocket launch, which seriously disrupted sleep. Overall, the stay was disappointing."

"Front desk was very professional and the room was very tidy, including the bathroom. Staff allowed us to check in early (no fee, if room is cleaned and available, prior to standard check in time.). Overall, not a bad selection based on location and proximity of all the sites to see. Quiet side of Michigan Ave. Rooms lag leg room between bed and heated fan. Bathroom toilet room is small and not really savy for bigger broader shoulder men. Shower head could use a CLR cleaning and drain could use...
