「Got a great deal during summer months, above and beyond quality-wise. Excellent rooms and amenities. The BEST part was that I didn’t get chased out of my room by housekeepers 30 seconds after check out time. No harassing phone calls. 「Location was great and house meet our needs. Very easy process.」

「We had a slightly different use for this property then most. We had spent a week traveling with my in-laws to different National Parks in Colorado, including a lot of hiking and activities. For our last 2 days, we wanted a place to just relax and enjoy the comforts of "home" and this location fit the bill perfectly! The only negative we could come up with is that we wish we stayed longer than 2 nights!」

「What a great property! We walked to the slopes, ski rental, and town! The unit is very spacious and comfortable, and has a nice view of the mountain. Check in was super easy, and the underground parking (for one vehicle) was very nice. We will try to stay here again on our next ski trip!」

「The unit was as described and was our home away from home when we visited Breck this past spring. What an awesome location near lift, ski rentals, and free bus. Can't wait to return next year!」

「Lovely home in a great spot and quiet neighborhood. Tons of space, easy access with coded entries to garage, front door, and lower entryway. Summit Rentals was responsive to questions and maintenance requests as well. Hot tub was great, perfect for the cool summer nights in Breckenridge. The kitchen was well stocked, and served all the cooking needs we had. Easy access to hiking and biking trails too.」

As others have indicated, the internet is not able to support work video call level and is a little spotty, but it's good enough for basic needs. Hot tub is great as is the fully stocked kitchen. 「The view was spectacular! The unit was very clean with everything you would expect & more. Our 2 teenage girls liked having their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub & master bathtub. Location was perfect next to a walking path along a stream. Silverthorne is a lovely town with everything you could want. We had everything we needed, as in the kitchen was well stocked with various cookware and utensils.
