Your reservation includes bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival and a "starter kit" of paper products and soaps. This spacious condo has all the extras, new flat smart TV's for streaming in all bedrooms. The unit has been freshly stocked, painted, and features a flooring combination of tile and updated laminate - NO CARPET. Granite counters and new stainless appliances for any chef's delight.

This 4 bedroom unit sleeps MAX 14 using the sleeper sofa. The owner allows 10 people at the base rental rate (priced per week/per season) but then an additional charge (appx. $100 + tax) will be added for each guest over 10 (adults or children).
