We love North Myrtle and the Kings Grant is so close to the beach, great restaurants, and lots of fun sites. We had a nice patio that had a view of the ocean. The place was clean .

Quiet and relaxing

Condo was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great—close to town and beach and very quiet. The only complaint was the cleanliness of condo upon arrival. You could tell the condo had been cleaned but it was comparable to a quick wipe down.
