“Location, Location, Location”

“breakfast was good”

“I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She……

“The staff was very nice. The room was clean, and had a great view.”

“The hotel was a stopover before we got to our final destination. The king bed took up most of the room. Bathroom was big, and updated. Too bad the shower curtain had mold or mildew on it( gross). Staff was very nice, breakfast was simple, I wish there was some bacon or sausage and omelette, instead they had hard boiled eggs. We would find another property to stay in next time.”

“The check in was very confusing, the room was very clean but the rest of the building was sketchy won’t stay there again”

“Breakfast was awful. Food was cold. Orange juice machine broke for days.”

“Check in was friendly and welcoming. Had a good sleep as the environs were quiet and bed was comfortable. I really appreciate rooms without carpeting for my allergies. The breakfast was finished at 9:30am sharp, so no dawdling allowed. Exercise room is nice but could use some temperature control as it was kinda hot in there. Ate at nice Italian restaurant close by, Luccas Chophouse. We sat outside, ordered homemade seafood ravioli with a scampi sauce and received great service.”

“Noisy neighbors”

“Great location. Room nice and clean. Breakfast small but good. Will stay again.”

“Dryer did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. Condo wasn’t fully cleaned. There were dirty socks in room and blood stain on bedsheet. Kitchen floor was dirty and plastic forks under kitchen sink. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.”

“Eggs, waffles and sausage were good, could have used some more variety beyond that. A few more prepared items would be nice. Checked in for 4, there were only one shampoo and soap. Otherwise, nice property, but not for the money.”

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“We had a great time being right on the beach. The balcony was our favorite place to go in the morning or night. The view was spectacular. A very convenient location for beach access.”

“I would not recommend staying at Bermuda Sands. Our experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The property appeared old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere felt run-down and uninviting. Customer service was also lacking. The staff rarely made eye contact or seemed interested in assisting guests, and even at checkout there was little effort to engage or address concerns.
