Perfect

The house is perfect and we had no issues other than having no bath towels. They fixed that issue with 10 minutes. We recommend this house to anyone. I especially loved the patio area. Perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing at night.

Amazing weekend

Directions to pick up the keys were straight forward. We had a slight issue with the keys upon arrival, but the situation was resolved in a timely manner. The house was as described and was very beautiful in person. My family enjoyed our stay and will be returning again.

Well needed rest

Very spacious home. Plenty of room for the 5 adults that stayed in the house. Short walk to the pool area and beach. The court yard was a nice surprise and doors opened into court yard from inside the home. Would definitely rent here again.

Condition of home

Mattresses were aweful. Not even a mattress. The coils were punching out all families hated their beds. Sofas had no support for sitting. Furniture was worn and not acceptable. Ac was not equal they put home. Froze in living area and see fully hot in back 2 bedrooms. No queen bed as advertised. Both full mattresses. Kitchen was not equipped with enough for plates

5 Nights, 4 Days in North Beach Plantation

House is not exactly maintained as a $700,000 house should be AS A RENTAL. No safety bars in/around the tubs/showers. Shower head had to be replaced. If you sit in the couch, good luck getting out of it. Cheap vinyl flooring. Carpet was good. Decorations were good. Mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. You got some early morning sun in the courtyard which was nice. There are 2 bikes you can use but bring a pump! My biggest complaint is that you can use the garage but you do not get a garage door opener!! Extremely frustrating! Overall a great stay. 8 minute walk to the pools. There is a bridge that you can fish from.
