You can relax on the balcony in this comfortable, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, oceanfront condo. Take a break from the beach with a dip in the OUTDOOR POOL. In addition, the building has an elevator just 50 feet from our front door helping to limit your luggage burden.
The unit has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom contains a double and a twin bed with its own access to the 3rd bathroom.
This condo offers a furnished kitchen, breakfast bar, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fine dining, shopping, and entertainment are just a short walk away.
We strive to make our condo budget friendly with a family feel and we are constantly updating. The unit has new floors, bathroom upgrades, fresh paint on the walls, refurbished kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new balcony doors and more.
