Spring Break Week

This house was absolutely perfect for a large group of friends looking for a relaxing spring break. It was so close to the beach, which was perfect for watching the sunrise in the early morning, and we loved all the balconies for reading and hanging out. The air hockey, foosball, and pool tables were also incredible and we had the best week.

Nice play- worked well for 17 women gathering for retreat

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked out great for our group. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recomment that the numbers of the building be on the unit on both sides. The unit beside us or connected to us must of been smoking weed the whole weekend because we smelled it the whole weekend. Place was great - parking was wonderful too.

Perfect beach stay with friends

Great access to beach, and the house was just as pictured. Lots of sleeping and bathroom space which is great for a large group. The host was easy to contact throughout the entire stay and was incredibly helpful and kind!

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time. Not too far from beach especially with 3 small children. Pool was great and convenient. Lots of rooms to spread out.

Nice property excellent location

Excellent communication from property owners. The location is so close to the beach. Less than 2 minute walk. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back

Wedding Event

We wanted all the family coming to our son's wedding to have their own bedrooms. It was a nice house and i appreciated the large gathering space that had plenty of seating

Great house with great game room

The house was in a great location, just across from a beach access. There were plenty of beds and all were comfy. The game room was the perfect touch with a pool table, air hockey, and foozball! Loved it!

Organizer/Planner golf outing

Great parking arrangement with plenty of spaces. The unit had lots of room and most all bedrooms had complete bathrooms. Everything worked ( coffee makers, washing and drying etc) and instructions were clear.

Annual Fish Trip

Property was as advertised and very functional for our annual fish trip. Was pleased to have two fridge's and two dryers. Lot's of good space! Pool cue's were bananas, but we had fun just the same! Would come back again.

Perfect place to stay

This was a great place to stay. It was large enough for my whole family. The swimming pool was clean and an extra plus for us. The beach is right across the street. Easy access to Highway 17 was also a plus. Mostly, any issue we had was addressed immediately and those were all very minor. Declan was the best when it came to any needs we had. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Couples Retreat

We stayed at this accommodations for 3 days. I appreciated that fact that it was able to accommodate my party of twelve with ample parking. The property was easy to access and the manager was communicative. I could tell that the property was well lived in with furniture and wall and other aesthetic features being a bit outdated a worn. I also think the appliances could use an upgrade. Apart from that I think the property was in a great location from the beach and surrounding eateries, activities and shops.

Family Vacation

It was our first time visiting SC. The unit was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were all a nice size with 5 that had their own bathrooms. We were a large group ranging in age from 7 months to 84 years old. With a bedroom & large living room and dining area on the first floor to accommodate my parents and a game room on the third floor for the younger teens and young adults there was room and space for everyone. Beach access was right across the street. The host was very responsive to any inquires we had.

Good stay with some minor issues

The property is nice and has a quick walk across the street to the beach. We had some minor things like, Dishwasher wasn't working, the place wasn't as clean as we would have liked but not bad. At the end of the day it was just attention to detail stuff that would have made everything a little nicer. Overall good property with a nice location.

Spring Softball Trip

We brought our high school softball team down for spring break and it was perfect! Plenty of room for the chaperones and 13 teenagers. Game room, plenty of beds, tvs and a short walk across the street to the beach! The host was fantastic with communication and was very patient as we worked through payment through the school. He definitely went above and beyond. We had a great week and can’t thank the host enough! The one suggestion we would make is more towels. Outside of that, everything was amazing. Hopefully we can make it an annual event for our program!

Great location

As a 1st time VRBO customer, we didn’t have any idea as to what to expect. There were 20 people in our group and there was definitely enough beds to go around. The kitchen was all we needed, and the extra refrigerator in the laundry room was utilized extensively. One thing was that the ice machine couldn’t keep up with us, but that is not on the appliance, just our own usage might have been the issue. The game room had its issues, and the manager was in contact with us the entire time, but maybe it is time to update or upgrade the games. The air hockey table was the main issue as it worked for about 30 minutes after it was repaired, and the pool table didn’t return balls as it should have, but the kids figured out a way to get the balls out. Now I don’t know if it was our kids or the ppl beforehand that put all the extra balls in it, but that is what caused the ball return to be jammed, at least that is what we assumed. The kids still found plenty of things to do, so it didn’t dampen our trip. The only other thing that happened was the pool was closed for a whole day, (we were told that someone dumped something into the water and it had to be treated until it was clear to use. While it was unfortunate that we couldn’t use it, everyone went and explored the the area and had a good time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall we had a great time. It's easy access to the beach and there was plenty of room for 4 families. The only big issue was that some of the windows leaked really badly during the heavy rain we had over the week. We let them know and they are working on fixing the leaks. They brought us extra towels to clean up the water. I'd rent from them again.
