Everyone we met at the front desk was beyond helpful, the woman working the breakfast area was a rock star and the staff at the in-house restaurant were the best restaurant workers we may have had the pleasure of interacting with. The restaurant food was very good."

"Loved staying here! The staff was super sweet and accommodating, and checking in and out was quick and easy. Great location especially if you’re spending time downtown. Absolutely the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in the pillows were amazingly soft the best sleep i’ve gotten in a while! Would 100% stay here again. "

"Staff was excellent. We were at a nearby concert that went late into the night. I had not called to explain that bc website said 24/7 check-in-in. But front desk called to check on us as the night got late. It was a nice touch of personal attention. Hotel was clean and quiet - not a typical ‘airport hotel’ because not hovering right at the airport footprint. "
