“This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .”

“Several issues that concern me. When I arrived I had asked for a room on a lower level. I was told that no changes could be made. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we were put on the third floor with no elevator. I was informed that because we didn’t request directly through this lodge again no changes could be made but she never looked at the computer screen to see. “This property is set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning surroundings. The grounds are spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared jacuzzi and the thoughtfully designed common areas, which provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten and other dietary allergies, which was greatly appreciated. “This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.”

“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”
