"Our stay at Whispering Pines was great! It was very peaceful and comfortable. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. My only issue was that we had no cell phone service. This is in no way a negative for the property! We have Verizon and could only get service if we drove into town. If you are needing to check in at home daily as we were, it would be an issue. That being said we would still stay here again!"

"We stayed here with 10 kids and 6 adults. It was AMAZING! There was adventure for the kids around the property, campfires to be had, and serene spaces for the adults. The house was sprawling so the kids could easily be having a loud silly time on one side of the house, while the adults talked in the kitchen. I’m not sure that this would be as relaxing with toddlers, but with school aged kids and teenagers it was FANTASTIC! We hiked to the swimming hole. The kids put on plays. It was so so nice....

She informed me he won’t have any problems getting around the house but if we needed anything to let her know. Fast forward a few months and she remembered our conversation and explained an easier way to get in with a wheelchair. It is so hard to find a VRBO where a wheelchair can access every part of the house and use all the doors! We will...

"We came to town with 4 of our kids age 1-9 to visit the Shrine. We found this great place to stay. The house was very nice. We arrived in the evening and were immediately greeted at the fence by some mini goats and a very nice farm cat who approached us at the car. The kids loved all the animals on the property from the ducks, chickens, goats and two cats. We love to come to town to visit the Shrine, we will definitely check out this Vrbo again! "The couch was terrible. Needs to be replaced and the beds were pretty but when you laid down you could feel the metal slats. Not comfortable. Also one of the beds needs to be King. We would love to come back if these items were taken care of."
