"We traveled to Fernandina Beach to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with a short stay. We booked this property because my daughter was bringing friends and the bed situation in this house was just right. My daughter was able to stay with her friends in one bedroom while I had the other bedroom. There was also space in the main part of the house for a queen size air mattress. The house was very clean and as pictured in the listing photos so we were happy. We also enjoyed a couple of the features...

"Loved that it was pet friendly! Sitting out on the deck provided a fabulous View each morning sunrise! It is 14 steps up to the unit, but that was totally fine with us. It had everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking! Extra towels / hand soap and toilet paper. Hate going to a place where this is very little and you have run out and buy asap. Very Quite and manager was super helpful when we called with a quick question. Would go to unit again."

"Absolutely LOVED the place. So nicely decorated and appointed. I stayed with my 12 and 13 year olds. We enjoyed the pool - the owner even turned on a bubble machine for us to make it extra special. We woke up early on the last day to watch the sun rise from the rooftop deck. We will be back ❤️"

"This rental is everything the ad says. Steve was an excellent host. The rental was immaculate and very well set up. Plenty of dishes, pans etc. the beach and heated pool were an easy walk. Lots of area restaurants. Internet was very weak and needs improvement."

"For the past 21 years I gather a group of girlfriends for Springing the Blues Festival, and have rented this little blue cottage several times, and keep coming back! It is quaint, clean, and the host, Jean, is an outstanding host. Very friendly and accommodating. I'm always sad when I miss my window to rent it for "me and my gal's "rights of spring"!"

"Quiet country living, in easy driving distance to everything Gainesvillle. Watch TV in the front room or use the peaceful back room to catch up on work, reading, or laundry. Watch the sunlight move through the trees and Spanish moss. Walk down a country lane. Visit the Cemetary across the way. Listen to the birds. We loved this peaceful place. If the beds had beeen a little bit firmer, it would have been perfect. "

"We loved this cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the trolley station. We loved sitting out on the front porches and reading. It was quiet and calm, which was surprising with how close to the trolley station and main road the house is. The second room is very small - it was fine for kids, but would be small for another 2 adults. The owners were kind and helpful. They reached out to let us know they were available, but did not hover. We had no problems to report,...

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
