"The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds."

The sliding doors to the balcony were inoperable, this should have been repaired before we arrived or communicated in advance. It was very disappointing to not be able to open those doors and use the main balcony."

"The house was perfect for our family weekend in St. Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. They had two beach umbrellas, plenty of chairs, and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property so was a little long with a baby but wasn't awful. Might be tough for toddlers or smaller kids."

"We were in Jacksonville for a family wedding and this property was the perfect spot for us to relax before and after the wedding. We had a blast and loved the private beach. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, paddle boards, umbrellas, towels, etc. Lots of places for everyone to relax and to enjoy this beautiful home."

"The house was large and roomy. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the grounds and the pool was great! We were disappointed that the listing stated that there was a hot tub, but there isn't one and also it claims to have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, but there is only one. This posed an issue for us for one night, but as some of our guests left, we made it work. Overall, it's great and we would rent it again."

"We loved the location and the cottage was cute! We don’t stay in hotels so we always opt for VRBO. Our cottage was cute and fit our needs. Overall, it was cute, location was great, we could walk to the beach and restaurants and it’s always nice to have more privacy than a hotel can ever offer! Cons: The bathroom floor was clearly damaged which was made clear right away. After the shower leaked out, we knew what had caused that issue. "Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
