「The apartment was very spacious (more than I had expected) and very clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle since we had to park in the building across the street but other than that, it was a great stay. 」

「Located in a very clean, safe and vibrant neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The apartment is set-up with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! A great property choice!」

「Great location, steps from the beach. Took about two minutes for the family to leave the house and set up directly near the ocean. Was within easy walking distance to Manhattan Beach pier even for our 7-year old. Property was great inside as well, clean and as described. Thank you!」

「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

「We loved this space! It was centrally located to all the things we were doing over the weekend. The AC was strong so that was good to beat the heat. We were also under the assumption that there would be a wall to the bedroom and not just a curtain, but we didn’t really mind since we were all close. 「Alina’s property in LA is gorgeous and she was so kind and easy to work with! We were here to celebrate my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 and this was a perfect location for us. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay 5 stars! 」

「We loved this place. It is a quiet, comfortable, secure place to stay in Burbank. The balcony is a big plus, too. I definitely recommend staying if you're in the area!」

「This rental was truly disappointing and not worth the price.There was only one bath towel provided — for an entire multi-night stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. The carpet was dirty and smelled musty, the refrigerator had a large dent in the door, and a filthy mop and bucket were left out on the balcony. The screen door is torn, so bugs come in. 「There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.」

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
