“The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.”

“This location is great and the price is right. We enjoyed the retro vibe. A booklet of instructions for tv, stove, ac, etc would be helpful.Patio was a delight but the weeds did detract.”

“Sophia’s property is about a 10 min drive from Red Rocks which is absolutely amazing after sitting in concert traffic. The area is full of stores and restaurants . The property is on a quiet street & very well taken care of. Highly recommended for red rocks visitors!! Thank you again, Sophia, for being a big part in this amazing once in a life time trip. ”

“We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice……

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

“Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.”

“The hosts were very responsive and let us know they were available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The location is perfect for outdoor adventures and the back patio was our favorite place to relax. We loved our stay and will come back if we are in the area! ”

“Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!”

“We loved the trails right outside of this home. We walked them every day and everything was just no more than a 30 drive. We spent two days in red rocks and visited the Denver zoo. We ate at some fabulous restaurants, and of course the kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some cooking. Beds were super comfortable and enjoyed the quiet balcony every morning with my coffee. Highly recommend this property!”
