“Stayed here through Expedia and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9am and later asked around 12pm if early check-in was possible, even for an extra fee. Fair enough if unavailable, but staff were dismissive and seemed more interested in chatting than helping guests. When we finally got the room, it involved two flights of stairs, which was difficult travelling with my 70-year-old mother. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom covered in grime, and the window……

Travelling with large group of children presents its own excitement but with the game room, netflix and enough space to accomodate them its a breeze. Higly recommend this home away from home”
