"Although we were given a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. We checked in late in the evening so we didn’t ask for a different room. "

She keeps an eye on the property even late at night, taking personal responsibility for the safety of her customers. She is professional and works hard to provide clean, comfortable rooms.
