「Belterra Casino and Resort was a great place to stop while traveling. The room price is reasonable plus there's entertainment if you like to gamble. The only issue was the pool was not open. After traveling all day it's nice to relax by the pool and unwind in a hot tub.」

「The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even...
