When asked on second day for housekeeping to provide service, was met with rude response about every other day service only, so asked if minimally could supply toilet paper since minimal was provided (used roll) from beginning , as well as dry towels as no where to hang used to dry. 「Such a lovely building, clearly loved by all who work there. Information about the property, check-in procedure, etc. was communicated very clearly before my arrival. Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.」
