“Great restaurant and bar but both are closed on Monday and Tuesday. When you book, stipulate that you do NOT want the room (104) next door to the kitchen on the far end of the hotel. An unfortunate location with a forgotten entry area and view of the trash dumpsters. Room was spacious and clean but the location was extremely disappointing and we were put there because other rooms hadnt been cleaned.”

“I actually never left a public negative review and was polite about my experience privately. That’s why receiving a condescending text from management afterward was honestly surprising. Asking guests for feedback and then responding with pseudo-intellectual quotes instead of professionalism is a strange approach to hospitality. The issue was never “refinement” — it was simply the guest experience. A respectful “thank you for the feedback” would have gone much further than an arrogant response……

“This experience was HORRIBLE. The only reason this place was considered was because I had a graduation party to attend there. The party hall was nice. However, the hotel itself was horrendous. The staff was some of the worst I’ve ever come across-specifically the older woman. We had a mix up with the third-party we booked through, Expedia reached out to the hotel and an “Aubrey” answered and tried helping, however the older lady saw this happen and she started yelling at Aubrey that she is……

“The room smelled horrible bad there were stains on the carpet boot prints on the ceiling hair all over the sheets and stained sheets there was no hot water to take a shower”

“Parked right outside my room. A/C worked nicely. The tv is a great size. They have provided a list of tv channels for easy browsing. The bath mat and towels were very nice. My room was very quiet. They had a small coffeemaker and pretty good coffee in the room. I will stay here again. ”
