“I have noticed that hotels put you in the worst room on the worst floor when using Expedia. This hotel did the same for us, which is frustrating giving that it’s empty and they easily could’ve given us a room that wasn’t on the second floor in the corner of the hotel. The most frustrating part of the Hotel experience was the bed was absolutely terrible, lopsided, and uncomfortable. I made a mistake. Trusting this Hotel brand to be equivalent to other five star hotels. The comfort was terrible.……

“Staff was very friendly and the pool was refreshing on the hot day. However the bed wasn't very comfortable, the air conditioner was very loud even on low but the worst part was that the fire alarm for the whole hotel went off twice very early in the morning so we also were awakened very early on top of a bad nights sleep. Also, if you're considering staying on a week night, know that nearly everything closes by 5PM including restaurants and some aren't open on weekdays at all.”
