“Our stay in Fruita was a joy. We arrived to find a spacious, well-maintained, sparkling clean property with all the amenities. We were especially pleased with the well-equipped kitchen -- so well-equipped that we were able to host an impromptu dinner party for some friends who coincidentally happened to be staying in Grand Junction.Our young Lab was at first nonplussed by the xeriscape yard, but was ecstatic to learn that there were nearby plots of grass maintained by the HOA. “This is one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed at. The home was immaculate. I believe it had been renovated recently, because everything looked new. I am a big fan of comfortable living rooms. The couch was great for lounging. The TV was, btw, Huge.For biking: There is a locking shed in the backyard, we stored 4 bikes there easily, wit room for more. There is also a hose with spray nozzle to clean off the trail remnants of the day. And there is a front porch that gets afternoon sun with two……

“Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. ”
