“The house was not ready for us when we arrived after driving 10 hours to get there. There were things draped on chairs in the living room and there were no towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. Toilet paper holders were broken in 2 bathrooms, along with a towel bar pulled from the wall. Several cabinet pulls were broken. There were remotes for the room fans, but they didn’t work. We could get the fan to work with the switch on the wall, but not the light. Several ceiling fans were so noisy,……

“The location was very convenient to where we’d be spending our time during our stay. You could tell the place was recently mopped as we walked in. However, that was about it for the good stuff. The place is super dark with the lighting they have. It could be a ton better with better, brighter bulbs. The porch light didn’t provide lighting at all. The bedroom addition had great lighting but a very noise air conditioner; we had to keep it turned off since it kept waking us up. I have no clue what……

“I went to El Paso to celebrate my nephews graduation at UTEP and the property being close to UTEP made our stay convenient. The property is spacious and my Group of 10 had more than enough space to relax and also have fun in the fully equipped basement game room. The kitchen is fully prepared for cooking a good home meal and we did just such. The home is located in a quiet area and a convenient store is a block away for any last minute needs. The home is very enjoyable and the host Luis replied……

“It was true to pictures..a very nice stay. My only concern was that the front door was difficult to open once unlocked to gain entry. Also the shower in master bath hot water was lacking as it took forever to warm and short lived when hot water was accessed. It was a rush of a shower each time I showered in the 2 day stay....this was disappointing..I would return again even still without hesitation. Thank you so much.”
