「Since we booked thru Expedia the receptionist would not give us our Holiday Inn points. The hot tub was closed and the air conditioning in the room did not work (it was a balmy 98 degrees) when we got there. After contacting the front desk we were told the maintenance workers had gone home. No other rooms were available so we were told we would get a discount. In the morning when we checked out another lady was working and she said since we booked thru Expedia she could not give us a discount...
