“The staff was cool well informed only thing was the thermostat wasn’t working”

“I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.”

“Friendly staff. Great room . Walking distance to the district theatre. Will def stay there again ”

“Property was exactly what we needed for our stay”

“A sweet get away for which the highlights included a breezy screened porch and sensational walks right from the property. Easy shopping and neighbors right out of central casting who provided additional restaurant suggestions and general warmth. Would stay here again in a heart beat. We were here for a week and were sad to leave.”

“The host was very responsive, the house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the 4 bedrooms with king-size beds were perfect for our family group. I loved the breakfast nook. The basketball arcade-type game had no batteries to make it work, but we made it work, throwing down buckets against a 30-second timer on my phone. The house was around the corner from where I lived as a child, so it was perfect for our purposes.”

“Unit was clean, beds were large and comfy. Very close to downtown. Would stay again!”

“First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year.”

“Great location - very spacious and strong AC! host was very communicative and easy to deal with.”

“We had just a short stay but it was perfect for what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a great quiet neighborhood feel and comfortable home for our family and pets. Would highly recommend.”

“We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late……

“Great ”

“Was perfect for my family of 5! It was conveniently located in walking distance to the beach and a park. The kids had a blast!”

“This property is owned by the same group where I had an excellent experience last year. This year, however, missed the mark and I was utterly disappointed. First, it lacked timely communication for my check in. Once I was in after making a lengthy phone call to VRBO to get a hold of the host, I was greeted by the smell of stale pizza most likely due to the pizza shop across the street as a window had been left cracked open. The bathroom smelled freshly used of a bowel movement even though……

“The property was amazing. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. Plenty of space yet still cozy. Host was very communicative and gracious, had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back!”

“This was such a lovely house in an excellent location! Being around the corner from both a little beach and a nice playground made it perfect for our young son, and the short drive to other beaches like Jennings made for a great beach getaway. Everything was very comfortable; great beds and linens and nice places to relax inside and outside. Highly recommend!”

“Host was attentive and the space was comfortable and exactly what we needed”
