“Gave a lower score for service because we had to wait over an hour for food and when it finally arrived, as it had been sitting under a heat lamp the pastry was rock hard and very difficult to cut into. The delay was blamed on a wedding taking place, sorry, thats not my problem, any possible delays to food should be communicated, so customers can choose to go elsewhere.”

“Every aspect from the staff, to the food, to the added extra of the outdoor pool were fantastic! The hotel is on a busy road, so we thought perhaps the noise would cause an issue but we couldn’t hear it from our room. It’s an absolute little gem and we will happily return.”

“Lovely comfortable clean room, comfortable bed, food excellent, very attentive staff throughout the hotel, only observation the WiFi so TV signal could be improved out to the suites. Overall a wonderful stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary, thank you park farm. ”

“除了酒店內的餐廳外，週邊沒有太多配套，最難以接受的是，本人的太太及孩子，同時出現嚴重的皮膚敏感，身體週圍很多像被蟲咬的紅粒，痕癢難耐，其他的可以忍受，但床被舖不潔則是較難接受的一環，希望有改善”

“The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. ”
