Very Helpful Staff
Right from the beginning, the staff was very helpful! Whether it was with transportation requests or restaurant recommendations for take-out, the person at the front desk looked at multiple options and worked with us until a solution was found.

Location is great, 10min walk from station through a shopping arcade. Top floor supposed ti have my Fuji view, the weather is not good, can’t see it

Solid option in the heart of Numazu
Very good location i.e pretty central yet not too close to the station (10min walk). The room itself was ok/nothing fancy (shower a bit meh) and wifi pretty weak (not enough to watch live sports streams). Breakfast was a mix of JPN/Western food, again nothing fancy (bacon undercooked, scrambled eggs lukewarm etc) but ok enough. A few bicycles are at guests disposal which i thought was very nice. All in all a very decent option (and yes you do get fuji san views)

My stay at the Numazu Riverside Hotel was very fun and well worth the price of the room. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is great since I am a foreigner who doesn't speak much Japanese. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and staff was able to hold my luggage after I checked out of my room so I could go out and explore Numazu. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially for fans of Love Live! Sunshine!

Overall it’s was a good experience. The location of the hotel is good which is just beside the river. Hotel staffs are very friendly and cooperative.

What I love about Numazu Riverside Hotel was how friendly the staff was to me. This caused me to feel more welcome! Also the location of the hotel gave me a clear view of Numazu. Highly recommended hotel to stay at!

Not economical for us
The room was old and miserable for the price we payed also the parking fee was very expensive for the miserable parking condition . The people next room kept us awake till 0200 and we had to call the front desk but they went ion . Only the breakfast was good. But we will never stay at this hotel.

Small room with a view.
We enjoyed our stay very much after initially being disappointed by the very small double room. Once we pushed the bed away from the wall we felt better. Front desk staff spoke English. Friendly smiley staff in the dining room and a free glass of wine with the Italian (!) buffet dinner. Our window looked over the wedding chapel and the river and we saw Mount Fuji.

The Numazu Riverside Hotel was an excellent experience for us on our Japan trip. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. It has the feeling of a luxury hotel despite being very affordable. The breakfast is buffet-style with both Japanese and western food options. Its location is also very convenient as it is about a ten minute walk from Numaxu station. If you are in the area, definitely stay at the Numazu Riverside Hotel.

Excellence at affordable prices
The hotel entrance and lobby are befitting of a luxurious establishment as the venue is often used for weddings. The check in process was smooth and painless. All facilities are clean and well kept. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and located at the edge of the Nakamise shopping area. If you are carrying luggage, you may wish to take one of the various buses from Numazu station to the hotel at Agetsuchi; just ask the bus drivers for help.

The air conditioning is can't use. Hope the air conditioning will be going better and better but wait for almost midnight we were sleep and tired, can't change room. So we were hot when we staying!

Cute hotel by the river. We had the city view but honestly could see the ocean! Parking is 1,000 yen. The condition of the room, it looked clean and very cute. It is a bit worn but doesn’t affect the quality of the room.

It's located in the middle between Numazu station and Numazu port so it's walking distance from either locations. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel if you're planning to take a bus to Uchiura Omosu or to izunagaoka. They gave me a room where i can see mount fuji if it's a clear day and also a good view of Kano river. Breakfast varieties changed daily and the food is good there. Price is average for what you're paying and the room space is just nice.
